Quick Tips

Sentry Management

All official Association items are maintained using Sentry Management's portal, which can be accessed by clicking "Sentry Management" at the top of the page.

There are a variety of resources for homeowners, and to access this information you will need to log-in via your homeowner account. Most information can be located in the "Information Center" where you can then select the "Folder" with the topic that pertains to the information you are seeking.

We understand that this website may be difficult to navigate and are putting together some helpful guides as an effort to assist homeowners in retrieving desired information.

During this time, you may review Association items through your Homeowner Portal from Sentry Management.

This includes:
* ARB Application
* Covenants & Restrictions
* Homeowner Handbook

ARB Applications

In efforts to ensure homeowner accounts reflect timely, and accurate, information relating to applications for ARB consideration all applications must be submitted to Sentry prior to their review.

Please be mindful that while the Board will attempt to review applications in a timely manner, there is a window of30 days for a decision to be made. Additionally, it is important homeowners review local laws and code requirements for their projects.

The ARB has found that there are a variety of community approved colors which have been spread across a variety of areas. In efforts to ensure this information is available, Homeowners can view approved color schemes either via the Sentry portal (in the Architectural Standards & Guidelines portal). The ARB has also compiled a PDF which can alternatively be accessed HERE.
