In efforts to ensure homeowner accounts reflect timely, and accurate, information relating to applications for ARB consideration all applications must be submitted to Sentry prior to their review.
Please be mindful that while the Board will attempt to review applications in a timely manner, there is a window of30 days for a decision to be made. Additionally, it is important homeowners review local laws and code requirements for their projects.
The ARB has found that there are a variety of community approved colors which have been spread across a variety of areas. In efforts to ensure this information is available, Homeowners can view approved color schemes either via the Sentry portal (in the Architectural Standards & Guidelines portal).
