Dear Waterside Homeowners and Residents,
We hope this message finds you well. Since our last update, your HOA Board has been diligently working to improve our neighborhood. One of our key projects was purchasing and spreading new mulch at the front entrance to enhance its appearance. While we recognize there is more work to be done at the front, this step did make a noticeable difference. Additionally, we have set up a new schedule for monthly board meetings to keep everything running smoothly and not lose momentum on various projects and tasks.
To keep you informed and engaged, we handed out flyers to all houses containing important contact information and a 2024 resident survey. We strongly encourage everyone to complete the survey by July 15th. So far, we’ve received about 20 responses, and one clear message is that members want more regular communication from the HOA. In response, the board is committed to providing monthly updates via email and posting them on our website.
Today, we completed the installation of new trash cans at our recreation area. This improvement not only helps maintain the overall look of the area but also helps to prevent animals from spreading trash. Additionally, we have hired a company to maintain the water bodies in our neighborhood, and we are having the fountain repaired and a new digital timer installed. This will ensure the fountain and its lights operate consistently and on schedule.
As we approach the 4th of July, we encourage everyone to avoid launching fireworks into the air near neighborhood homes. This can leave debris and ash on your neighbor’s property, creating an unnecessary mess and nuisance.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our neighborhood a wonderful place to live. Together, we can restore our community’s standards and maintain its beauty.
Best regards,
Waterside HOA Board of Directors
