The Board of Directors is excited to announce our upcoming community garage sale, scheduled for April 27th and 28th, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, declutter our homes, and discover hidden treasures within our neighborhood. Your participation is not only welcomed but encouraged as we strengthen our bonds and create connections with our neighbors.
In addition to the garage sale, we want to assure you that we are actively investigating and addressing concerns regarding water quality, landscaping, and other reported neighborhood issues. If you notice an issue within the neighborhood, please report it to the board via our website. As a community, we are committed to restoring and maintaining the standards that make our neighborhood a desirable place to live. Your cooperation and support are greatly appreciated as we work together to preserve the beauty of our neighborhood.
We kindly remind all residents to refrain from dumping waste, including yard waste, in our conservation areas. These natural habitats play a crucial role in supporting local wildlife and preserving our ecosystem. Let’s show our respect for nature by ensuring these areas remain free from unnecessary debris and disturbances. If you use a landscaping company, please make sure they are also aware of this request.
