Park gate and vehicle access
The vehicle gate is under maintenance and may be closed from time to time as the Board works
on repairs. However, the park is open to all residents of Waterside, Hibiscus Bay, and their
guests all daylight hours by foot through the walk-in gate, even if the vehicle gate is closed.
Seeking input on Architectural Guidelines:
We are seeking input from the Waterside community on our Architectural Guidelines, AKA Handbook. If you have any
comments or suggestions, please email the Board with subject line: Handbook comments. You can find this document
by logging in to the Sentry Portal, navigating to the information Center and selecting the folder: Architectural
Guidelines and Standards. The files titled "ARB Guidelines" and "Architectural Guidelines 2021" have the same
text, the only difference is one has an old ARB application form attached to the end that is no longer in use.
If you would like to participate on one of our committees (conservation, event,
and/or technology), please email the Board of Directors.
