The mission of our homeowners association is to foster a sense of community and belonging among our residents by providing effective communication and responsible management. We will strive to create and maintain a safe, clean, and desirable living environment for all members of our association through the fair and consistent enforcement of our bylaws and covenants.
Through open communication and active participation, we will work together to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood and make it a place everyone is proud to call home.

Seeking a new Board member: The Board will be seeking volunteers to fill an upcoming seat vacancy for the remaining 2025 term. If interested, email the Board (listed below) with your qualifications and/or any information that you feel may be relevant. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required. Please note, a short course mandated by the State of Florida must be completed within 90 days once elected.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 720.306(9)(c) and Waterside Bylaws paragraph 5.3, a successor who fills a vacancy occurring before the expiration of a term shall be selected by the remaining Members of the Board.
Seeking input on Architectural Guidelines: We are seeking input from the Waterside community on our Architectural Guidelines, AKA Handbook. If you have any comments or suggestions, please email the Board with subject line: Handbook comments. You can find this document by logging in to the Sentry Portal, navigating to the information Center and selecting the folder: Architectural Guidelines and Standards.
