Covenant Enforcement

As a community, we take pride in maintaining the beauty and quality of our homes and shared spaces. As part of this commitment, we want to remind homeowners of our covenant guidelines and encourage everyone to ensure that their property meets these standards. The neighborhood will be reviewed regularly to ensure properties are maintained and following community guidelines.

One area that we would like to highlight is the importance of maintaining your lawn. Regular mowing and edging, as well as trimming hedges and pruning palm trees, are essential to keeping our community looking great. In cases where grass will not grow due to shade or other factors, we recommend Asiatic Jasmine as a ground cover.

We also want to stress the importance of keeping your driveway and sidewalks clean and free from debris. If necessary, consider pressure washing these areas to keep them looking their best. Additionally, please keep your house exterior clean and free from mold.

It is also important to note that boats, trailers, and basketball hoops are not allowed to remain outside on a regular basis and should be stored out of sight when not in use. Trash cans should be out of sight when not at the curb for pickup. Waste collection is every Wednesday, and cans should not be put out before 6 pm on Tuesday evenings. They should be put away by the end of the day on Wednesday. Yard waste and large item collection are on Thursday and should not be out at the curb earlier than 6 pm on Wednesday.

We understand that these guidelines may require additional effort from homeowners, but they are essential to maintaining the beauty and value of our community. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep Waterside looking its best.

Additionally, we want to remind homeowners to visit our HOA website ( watersidehoa.net ) and register to receive email alerts for important community updates. Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Waterside Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
