Fall 2023 Update

Dear Waterside Homeowners,

We trust this message finds you well and that you have been making the most of the recently replaced basketball hoop and our revitalized dock. It’s a joy to see our community amenities being used and enjoyed by all.

As the weather turns cooler, we hope you’re relishing the comfort of autumn. This time of year brings with it the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends.

With the holiday season just around the corner, we would like to remind our residents about our community’s decoration guidelines. Homeowners are welcome to display a reasonable number of holiday decorations and lighting for any given holiday. For Christmas specifically, decorations and lighting should be displayed no earlier than the weekend prior to Thanksgiving and should be taken down no later than 12 days after the holiday. This helps maintain the beauty of our neighborhood and ensures that decorations do not interfere with community aesthetics.

Moreover, as we approach the end of the year, we want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year. May this time be filled with joy, warmth, and cherished moments with your loved ones. On New Year’s Eve, please remember not to launch fireworks directly over the houses, as this can leave debris and ash on other people’s property. We want to ensure that the holiday celebration is safe and enjoyable for everyone in our community.

Additionally, we kindly remind homeowners that garbage and recycling cans should be put away by the end of the day on pickup day. This ensures the tidy and organized appearance of our community.

We appreciate your dedication to our community and your continued cooperation in preserving the warmth and unity that make Waterside such a wonderful place to call home.

Warm regards,

Waterside Homeowners Association Board of Directors
